I apologize for the silence, life has been quite busy around here. Among many things, our little baby girl just got over an infection and a little cold and I had my eyes on her non-stop while a few weeks ago I started preschool at home with Sammy. My work didn’t get much attention this month, but since autumn is here I feel like we are slowly starting to get into some kind of routine.
Our mornings are some of the sweetest even if I still wake up once or twice in the night for Emma’s feedings. Regardless the tiredness (which I got used to pretty much..) the little happy, rested faces of these two are making things sweeter, and if daddy is home, it’s even better. Morning snuggles are just the best to start the day with!
After breakfast we usually start preschool activities: practicing/writing the letters (we are on letter C this week), counting, colors, shapes, reading together or drawing/painting while listening to music. Most of these things we were doing before, but I am trying to be a little more organized so that I can have more flexibility as far as time also. Sammy is having fun and as long as I can keep his attention, things are going well. Some days are better than others, but we are slowly learning together what works best for each day/week.
