Archives for September 2013
Documenting Today / September 27th.
We visited my parents for a couple of days and on Friday we went to a little house that my family owns in the mountains. There is a big yard, a beautiful veggie garden, a well with fresh water, apple trees and many flowers. Needless to say, Sammy had a wonderful time running around and spending some nice time with his grandparents. We also went for a little walk in the forest, played in the river with our rain boots, petted three cats, ate apples, berries and walnuts and gathered some fresh veggies from the garden to bring back with us. It was a beautiful day that needed to be documented and here are a few pictures.
Hope your weekend is going lovely! xx

This might be the last post about Paris, not sure yet. :)
In one of our last days in Paris we visited the Versailles gardens and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed it. We practically spent almost the whole day exploring the gardens and our favorite area was the Marie Antoinette’s estate – Petit Trianon – Grand Trianon. There is a little village filled with flowers, a lake, ducks and fish that are fighting with each other for food if someone feeds them, a beautiful farm that grows all kinds of vegetables and fruits and there are animals too. The whole place is like a dreamland, peaceful, colorful and filled with beauty.
We haven’t visited the big castle because honestly we don’t really care for the rococo style (and the lines were crazy long), but the gardens … the gardens are amazing!! Aren’t they?
Have a beautiful weekend!
